The market pays more for your book than your employer does
Most of the people we represent were not looking. They took one confidential call, learned what forwarders actually pay for their trade lanes, and decided from a position of information rather than frustration. No fee, no resume in circulation, no call to your current employer.
Reply within one business day · Candidates never pay a fee
A better platform for the book you already carry
You are not applying for a job. You are deciding whether another platform pays you more for the same freight — with better pricing support, a cleaner commission plan and a manager who has carried a bag.
Get paid what your freight is worth
We benchmark your book against live mandates before anyone sees your name, so the first number on the table already reflects your GP.
Producers we move typically land higher base plus an uncapped plan on the same freight.
Support that lets you sell again
Pricing desks that answer, operations that hold the account, and lanes your new employer actually wants. We screen the platform, not just the seat.
One discipline only: ocean, air, customs brokerage and expedited forwarding sales.
Move without risking your seat
No resume in circulation, no calls to your current employer, no shortlist you did not approve. Your name moves to one company at a time.
Absolute discretion, in writing, before a single introduction is made.
Annual GP produced by the people we represent
Active client roster, from global carriers to niche houses
Typical reply to a confidential note
Candidates never pay — the hiring company does
The verticals where a specialist out-earns a generalist
Open any vertical for the roles we typically run and how long an assignment takes.
What happens after the first confidential call
Producers we have represented, the results they saw, and the kinds of seats those moves were made into.
Median time from first confidential call to signed offer
Typical improvement in total compensation at placement
Interviews to offers for producers we represent
Book portability when the platform is matched properly
“My name never moved until I said so. When it did, it went to one company that actually fit — and the comp was well above what I had.”

“I finally understood what my book was worth before I ever took a call. That changed the whole negotiation.”

“The pricing desk answers in an hour instead of a day. Same freight, same accounts, twice the win rate.”

“No resume in circulation, no calls to my employer. It was the only search I could run while still producing.”

A conversation, not an application
Nothing is sent anywhere. We talk about your lanes, your verticals, your book and what you are actually earning versus what the market pays.
A market read
You get an honest picture: who is hiring for what you do, what they pay, how their commission plans really work, and where you would be underestimated.
Introductions on your terms
Your name only moves with your permission, one company at a time. No spray. No resumes in circulation.
The offer, handled
Base, commission structure, thresholds, ramp guarantees, equity. We negotiate the parts most candidates never think to ask about.
What to send
- Your resume, or simply a note describing your lanes and verticals
- Approximate annual GP produced over the last three years
- The geographies you can work from, and the ones you will not consider
- What would have to be true for you to move

Four fields. Nothing is stored, nothing is circulated, and your name never reaches a company without your explicit approval.
Straight answers before you say anything
Eligibility, fees, timeline and exactly what happens after you hit send.
- Who is eligible to be represented?
- Commercial producers in freight forwarding, customs brokerage and logistics — business development managers, account executives, sales directors, vertical and trade lane specialists. Most people we place carry a book between $500K and $5M in annual gross profit, but a strong hunter early in a lane can be equally placeable. If you are operations or pricing rather than sales, we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
- Does it cost me anything?
- No. There is never a fee to a candidate at any point. Our fee is paid by the hiring company after a placement. You are not charged for the conversation, the market data, the interview prep or the negotiation.
- How long does the process take?
- Median time from first confidential call to a signed offer is about 41 days. A first reply comes within one business day, an initial call usually happens the same week, and interviews typically run two to four rounds over three to five weeks. You control the pace — some producers take months before they are ready to meet anyone.
- What happens after I submit the form?
- Darius reads it personally and replies within one business day to set up a confidential call. On that call you get the real compensation range for your lanes and book size, and an honest read on which platforms would fit. Nothing is submitted anywhere. Your name only reaches a company after you approve that company by name.
- Will my current employer find out?
- Not from us. Your resume is never circulated, we never contact a current employer, and references are only taken at the offer stage with your written go-ahead. We also screen out companies where the introduction itself would be risky for you.
- What if I am not ready to move?
- That is the most common starting point. Most producers we place were not looking. Take the call, learn what the market pays for your freight, and do nothing with it if you like. There is no obligation and no drip sequence afterwards.
- Can I move my book with me?
- Usually, when the platform is matched properly — around 90% portability across the moves we handle. Restrictive covenants, carrier contracts and lane capability all matter, and we assess them before you interview rather than after you resign.
